The initial Android version of Canimino does not process payments, card data, paid subscriptions, or financial information inside the app. If we offer paid features or booking payments in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and the relevant store forms before launch.

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to remember preferences, measure service usage, and improve the experience. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can request deletion of your Canimino account and associated personal data from the app or by contacting [email protected]. We process deletion requests within 30 days after we verify that the request comes from the account owner.

• Account profile data, contact information, pet profiles, uploaded photos, device tokens, and push notification settings are deleted or de-identified within 30 days.
• Messages, reviews, reports, booking notes, and other user-generated content are deleted or de-identified where legally permitted and technically feasible.
• Backup copies, diagnostic logs, crash logs, analytics records, and security logs may remain for up to 90 days before being deleted or aggregated.
• Booking, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and moderation records may be retained for up to 3 years, or longer if required by law, only as needed for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and platform safety.
